I really love this lotion. I have rosacea, psoriasis and diabetes which gives me very complicated skin. I have dry skin bumps, pimple like bumps, red blotchy skin, extremely dry and flakey skin and of course dry scaly skin from the psoriasis. This helps with everything. Doesn't take it all away but helps with everything in a very clean, non oily way...
